Bentonville, Arkansas, Wedding // David+Mandie
Have you ever gotten DOUSED in LAVENDER? Like down your clothes, and embedded in your hair? Yeah, me neither. But that should give you an idea of how excited David and Mandie’s friends and family were to send them off to their honeymoon after their wedding! Be sure to stay to the end of the post to see what I mean!
With around 500-600 guests in attendance to celebrate their union, their wedding was nothing short of meaningful, emotional, and pure joy.
In case you don’t know, Mandie and David are BOTH incredibly talented and accomplished musicians. In fact, David took the children’s choir from his school to Carnegie Hall last year.
You can imagine that their wedding was full of music! An a capella ensemble sang a 7 minute song during the wedding, and it was beautiful.
The wedding was emotional and meaningful also because Mandie’s dad has been living in Heaven for over 20 years. Before the ceremony started, they showed a slideshow with photos from both David and Mandie’s childhood, including photos of Mandie’s dad. It was a special way to remember and honor her dad. For the wedding, her brother, Peter, walked her down the aisle to meet her groom.
David and Mandie, thank you for letting us document your wedding day, for being such a bright light, and for being a wonderful example of how God has designed relationships and marriage.
